Refund policy

Effective Date: 1 April 2025

At Woodleaf Furniture, customer satisfaction is our priority. We follow a clear and fair return and refund process to ensure transparency and trust.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and accessories.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice) is mandatory for all return requests.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or made-to-order furniture is non-returnable unless found defective or damaged on delivery.

  • Clearance, sale, or discounted items are not eligible for returns unless defective.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling are not eligible.

3. Return Process

  1. Email us at sales@woodleafuniverse.com within the return period, mentioning the order number and reason for return.

  2. Provide clear photographs or videos of the product showing the defect or issue (if applicable).

  3. Our team will verify the request and provide further instructions.

4. Inspection & Approval

  • Returned items are inspected once they reach our warehouse.

  • Refund or replacement is processed only after quality check confirmation.

  • If the returned product does not meet eligibility criteria, it will be shipped back to the customer at their cost.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • The refund will be made to the original payment method only.

  • Shipping charges, COD fees, or payment gateway charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our fault).

6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photographic/video evidence.

  • We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or full refund at no extra cost.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong product/damaged item), we bear the shipping costs.

  • For any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
