Please read this shipping policy carefully. By placing an order through our Site, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not place an order with us.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Processing may take longer for customized or made-to-order items, and customers will be notified of the estimated timeline before production begins.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.


Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery within India is typically 7–15 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • For remote or out-of-delivery-area (ODA) locations, delivery times may be longer.

  • Delays may occur due to natural disasters, strikes, public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen courier issues.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on volumetric weight, delivery location, and courier partner rates.

  • Additional charges, such as ODA fees, may apply for certain pin codes. These will be communicated before dispatch.


Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email and/or WhatsApp.

  • You may track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.


Risk of Loss and Damage

  • All products are inspected and securely packed before dispatch.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

  • If you receive a damaged package, you must notify us within 42 hours with photographic or video evidence to initiate a claim.


International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. For special international shipping requests, please contact us directly before placing your order.
